What’s the role?
We are looking for a Service Centre Administrator to join our Tool Service Centre in Dublin. Your role is vital for the Tool Service Centre operations and customer satisfaction.

What does the role involve?
As a Service Centre Administrator you are responsible for carrying out support task for the Tool Service Centre. You’ll take care of the inbound tool registrations and stock management as well as our fleet expiry and scrap processes. You are also responsible for the Premium Tool Pool process from fleet customers.
As an important part of your role, you’ll interact with our customers and resolve admin issues related to tool repairs

What you need is:
- Have a solid understanding of the technical / functional area
- Great communication skills and skilled in applying technical knowledge in a way easily understood
- Commitment to continuous learning, e.g. keeps abreast of product developments and new applications
- Positive attitude towards teamwork and continuous improvement
